Vida Bodyworks opened its doors in July 2025 to bring high-quality therapeutic massage services to Jacksonville Beach and Florida’s
First Coast.

Founder Nazaré Francisco, a Florida-licensed massage therapist, is passionate about bodywork and dedicated to helping clients recover from a range of issues—from sports injuries and chronic desk strain to the natural effects of aging. She believes that soft-tissue therapy can truly transform lives by reducing pain, enhancing mobility, and restoring confidence.

With clinical training and hands-on experience, Nazaré works with everyone from professional and amateur athletes to avid pickleball players, corporate professionals, and those aging with grace. Her approach is rooted in the belief that every body is an extraordinary tool—one that deserves care, attention, and the opportunity to move and feel its best.
